Scaleway NVMe Cloud VPS CPU?

What sort of CPUs are Scaleway's new line of NVMe VPS powered by? They claim a 50% performance increase from the old lineup, which IIRC used C2xxx Atoms.

    I just saw that. How is Scaleway able to provide x86 processor based server for so cheap? I just can't believe it. Are they making a loss?
