Uh... I hope the IP in your Miami looking glass is incorrect because im in Miami and getting 100+ ms along with 17 hops when doing a traceroute (which appears to go through Dallas before coming back to Miami for some amazingly odd reason).
Thats an ATT/Cogent issue.

To be fair, Increhost offers native IPv6, has slightly more iops on their SSDs, and is in a (imho) better datacenter. I am a paid 1yr customer of both and never once thought that either of you copied the other's website or data.
