Looking for storage vps with 20 € budget

Looking for storage vps having

200 gb storage,
Bandwidth not less than 2 TB,
Dedicated ip,
Kvm/ovz doesn't matter (which is cheaper)
Budget 20 euros per year
Location any except Asia and USA

    A bit over your budget but how about liteserver.nl? Hint: Try old coupons. Last year easter discount was active until somewhere around christmas.

    Well, there's at least the 15% code on the front page. But trying around a bit the 30XMASBALLS code seems to work (lol, those guys never remember to cancel their specials!) bringing the 200GB OVZ plan down to €19.11/y + VAT (if applicable).
