Hello providers,
I need 7 Windows VPS with following specs
Ram: 2GB Guaranteed.
Disk: 25GB SSD
OS: Windows 2012 R2

Any providers please inform. Max budget: 4USD per VPS. The VPS will be used as a Remote Desktop.

    Not doable unless you want a really old node(Xeon L5520's) and 200Mbit max uplink per vps...

    First try to find SSD VPS provider with 2GB RAM, 25GB SSD Disk at $4/mo then ask for allowing you custom ISO, Purchase your own Windows license and use it.

    BuyVM come closest to your requirements at $7 per month including license.

    @VMHaus has hourly billing with licensed Windows. That may work for you since you can shut it down when you're done.

    My answer is best answer. You can't find cheaper than my suggested way. No one is going to provide you such config using their own windows license. Cost of Windows server license is $3 ~ $4 per month per VPS. I don't know how it will be possible to buy such resource with license at $4/mo.

    I don't think I can get the price lower since it had license included.

    All my VPS is based on Hyper-V Virtualization which will boost the performance of Windows VPS by ~20% compared to KVM.

    Actually my vCore is 'semi' dedicated, means each vCore has dedicated power of 50% and 20% burst-able of each thread.

    So let's say you bought 2 vCore - 4GB RAM package, your VPS will have the CPU power of 1.4 thread (0.4 is burst-able). So if the server's CPU is maxed out, it will be throttled to your dedicated power which is 1 thread of an E3/I7.

    As the above being said, You are able to use all the CPU power (100%) allocated to your VPS without any restriction (24/7).

    Both Windows 2012 R2 and 2016 are licensed under Datacenter edition with AVMA licensing model (In case you want to know how I licensed my VPS)

    Both Windows 2012 R2 and 2016 are licensed under Datacenter edition with AVMA licensing model (In case you want to know how I licensed my VPS)
