Looking for dedicated server in Europe

Hello,
I currently have two servers with an American business that hosts in Amsterdam. I am not fully satisfied with them. The servers are ok, but their staff is quite annoying to work it. They are selfish, uninterested...
We are going to launch a new radio station soon and will work with advertisers. So we'll need a new dedicated server, with not too much downtime.
I am looking for the following:
- E3-1270 processor or something like that
- 32 GB RAM
- 1 TB HDD
- 240 + 500 GB SSD (or combined to one disk, no problem)
- 5 IP's
- Remote KVM / IPMI / iLO
Budget: between 60 and 85 EUR per server, per month. I will take two servers. No USA servers. Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt other locations are ok. I am NOT looking for resellers from: OVH, Online, Hetzner...
I already have some offers, but I want to have a bigger choice before I'll make my final decision.

In any case you'll be excluded. You do not have the Provider-tag and I don't like your TOS, because you are asking fines for 'abuse of network' (which already is once the server is infected or compromised).

thank you for explaining your doubts.
My Provider Tag is pending, we have tag with @matteob username, but i'm official P.R. now as Berlonghi was assigned to management and developing area.
When we talk about network abuse we mean that you purposely abuse, like send ddos, spam... If you got hacked or similar you have our SOC department that is happy to assist you to fix the issue. No fees are requested, and if you' re cooperative we not suspend any service.
I will share your words to our management to review quoted TOS part.
