Cheap VPS with additional IPs

Hi Everyone,

I'm after a cheap VPS (quiet a few over time) with low latency, fast networking. The configuration will be to set so the VPS will be set up as a low level IP forwarding machine, so disk, memory and bandwidth are really a requirement.

I'll be looking to add new IPs to the same VPS and as soon as the limit has been reached, purpose a new VPS.

Multi-regions including privacy protection would be a bonus.

Any recommendations?

    Could you also specify a budget please ? Cheap for you may have not the same meaning for me or for somone else.
