Looking for an annually paid VPS with PFSense

Would like to open a few ports via a VPN in PFSense. I also would like to use the DNS of PFSense. I'm looking for the cheapest possibility to do this. Any advice on how to this in a simpler way is also welcome.

Try @AnthonySmith's restocked NVMe KVM VPSs? I believe it's about €15/yr for a 512MB box, which looks quite affordable to me. Not sure whether pfSense ISO is available, but I am sure he is willing to punch it in for you.
