I only know of one provider in Atlanta and it's not within budget. Atlanta isnt really big in terms of hosting might need to raise your budget
RamNode? You'd need to increase budget if you want a Windows License included though...
Vultr has a location in Atlanta and supports windows but the downside is that you have to pay for the windows license with them I think.
Ok, I can do $8 to $10 a month. Just need a minimum VPS to run Win10 so I can do some testing. But it have to be in Atlanta. That is all.
