Looking for VPS 2TB HDD, >3TB/month data, 1Gbps+ port, CPU 2000 PassMark, root access
As the title says, I am looking for a VPS provider as a seedbox.
1) 2TB HDD
2) 3TB/month+ transfer
3) 1Gbps+ port
4) CPU 2000 PassMark or independent Plex server
5) toolset preinstalled: lftp, aria2c, rtorrent, but
6) If not, root access VPS I can set everything up myself (preferred actually)
7) budget around 20USD-25USD
I am currently having a kimsufi (KS-2E), but I constantly saturating the 100Mbps link since the CPU is not strong enough for Plex transcoding I have to play the original quality of the video which is often in TS format, also, some media are just not playable on Plex so I had to sync it down to local drive using lftp then play, which often maxed out 100Mbps link kimsufi has.
I am also testing a seedboxes.cc 10Gbps, but I often find scarce peer in torrent. I guess maybe there is not many peer in Netherlands? I had no problem with Kimsufi in France it seems.
I mainly use it for private tracker and also http/https source files (where lftp and aria2c comes into play).
My using scenarios are:
1) using it as PT seedbox
2) using it to download some private http/https sources using aria2c/lftp, then either sync to local computer or remote play it using Plex
