Everything just seems to work with these guys. IPv4 & IPv6 (/64) has reverse dns records all setup in SolusVM panel. The few tickets I have sent in for certs or accessories, the response times have been 6min, 3min, 5min, and 1hr 46 min. Not a "I'll kick this upstairs" type canned response, real "Here you go, it's done" type responses. When it comes to customer service, these guys really have it together.
