Proxmox auto installation of guest operating system

Hey community,
I have Proxmox installed on a server and hostbill installed on a web server with all of the proxmox plugin features enabled, etc. When a customer makes an order, the system creates the VM in proxmox perfectly and loads the OS ISO into the cd rom, however it does not install the OS with the IP designated through Hostbill. Does anybody have experience getting the OS to auto install and assign the appropriate IP?

When I say customer, I mean when I do a test order myself to test the setup.
