Budget is around $85-90 USD/month (or possibly cheaper paying quarterly). This might be asking too much, but maybe someone has some promos/clearance. I have already tried a cheaper storage box from Hetzner, but their network to east coast wasn't that great.

CPU: Core i3 /i5 / i7 / Xeon (Lower end CPU should be fine)

Memory: 8GB

HDD: 4x4TB or 8x2TB (minimum)

Network BW: 1Gbit (30TB minimum)

IP: 1xIPv4 address

Location: Doesn't matter as long as good routing to east coast USA

Unmanaged (Will need automated control panel and/or KVM over IP / IPMI)

https://hetzner.com/dedicated-rootserver/sx61? Routing to the US is said to be so-so though. Haven't had any issues myself but then i don't deal with US traffic that often. Maybe check what you can get out of https://speed.hetzner.de/ first.

Yea already tried a Hetzner box...speed/bandwidth jumps all over the place to US (at least to me).

Try tunneling through cloudflare if it's a web-based thingy.

Yeah use a north american host or else you're probably in for flaky network no matter what. I especially don't suggest Hetzner for this even though their pure storage deals and EU network are fine.

OVH may refresh its storage products to include a 4x6TB server (FS-12T) at around 100USD/month. If they offer that at BHS and you don't mind the Atom CPU (with ECC) it might satisfy:

they have canadian server good connection and ping in US
