Have a server currently with OVH.

E5-SAT-1-96 Server - 2xE5606 - 96GB - HardRaid 2x2TB

It's totally overkilled what I'm doing but having issue with my streaming where it would randomly kill connections for visitors in EU.

Looking for something
Raid 1 with wither 1TB or 2TB
Unmetered, with at leat 250Mbps commit
16/32GB ram
4 IPs

Found gthost that doesn't have setup fee. Anything else?

You can try Hetzner or Netcup, both in Germany. I have servers from both of them, they are fast, I never had an outage with either and their prices are good. Hetzner does charge for setup though and you'd have to ask for the extra IPs, not sure about that.
