Cheap ass KVM, 256MB RAM in UK?

Howdy,

Need: 1 CPU, not dedicated obviously, I'll be using like 5% CPU, 256MB RAM, 5GB HDD/SSD is fine, 500GB BW or 1TB preferably, in UK.

Yearly paid. It's for a VPN.

Any suggestions?
