@aveline try doing a smaller container at a cheaper annual rate for LET people, people like paying cheap and some people don't need the extra resources. You should also renew the coupon code again for new people.
No local bandwidth? My provider has Korea Telecom bandwidth yet when tracerouting your looking glass server, it uses HE and goes to Japan first.
