No as long as it's EU, it's nothing personal it's just data protection
I was about to throw something at you but I'm just curious as to why you need SSH and if jailed SSH works. If jailed doesn't work you're best off with a VPS.
In this scenario jailed is fine, it's simply cpanel is familiar, I have aquired a few LEB VPS over the last few days and am learning as I go. Have a few static/php sites that I would just find it easier to use with cpanel atm.
Have tried an offer today via another well known forum but it's not really working for me atm need stability and fast support which is difficult with all the rent-a-host setups...
