Nope, it's an addon billed at $2 /MO the protection will be only given to the specific IP, which you can point your DNS onto
No IPv6?
Mostly lost interest in HDD-backed vps's except for storage servers. SSD makes a huge difference. Nice prices though.
is there swap creation in panel? and ipv6? rdns for ipv6.

It says billed hourly.. so if its not used all month, I am assuming no payment is due for the month. Some companies charge monthly minimums you have to pay if you don't spend a certain amount on usage.

Thanks! These are Raid10 and the throughput is about 450M We monitor disk hoggers and sending them to /dev/null which keeps our IO available to clients fairly

why bother with hourly billing if you need to deposit enough funds for the entire month to create an instance?
Good question, on our general available plans, it's a deposit on your account, it will not be charged nor used unless you destroy your VM, where the hourly bill will be charged from fund
With regard to the above promotional plans, you still will be charged the hourly fee, and the remainder of the month will be automatically credited back to your account.
