BANDWIDTH: 5 TB Bandwidth @ 1Gbps

Windows Version: Windows Server 2012 or, 2016 (Licensed)
Preferred Location: UK, NL & DE
Preferred DC & Network: Clouvider Limited, UK

Budget: nothing specific, but looking for best possible price
Billing Contract: Monthly or, up to Quaterly.
Payment Method: PayPal

Their European location will not work for me due to the network ...

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:  
    Minimum = 276ms, Maximum = 281ms, Average = 278ms  

I am not blaming anyone, it's just will not work for me ... I am looking for something below 200ms ...

Yes, Milano is the only location because the deal is through our DC there, cant be exported to other locations due to, well, Microsoft...
For full cloud, www.iwstack.com, the prices are without license, the license is 9 Eur a month, some 30 cents a day.

We tried, unsuccessfully so far, to extend the license to other locations. It seems too complicated even if it were to work. I think it will not happen as it is now, anyway, not in the near future.
