What's a jingling?

A quick google says it works under WINE so you could use linux lol
I have tried it but it doesn't work perfectly so I prefer to pay a little bit more for windows vps.

As nobody answered i made the effort to google this myself. So it's a traffic bot. Can anyone englighten me what's the point in running this? Only reason to virtualy inflate traffic seems to be ad fraud or is there any legitimate use?
