looking for high IOPS. Already using virmach ssd2g but they are raising a warning ticket saying i can only use close to 80 IOPS and claim that i am using 800. Server preferably in US. Storage and bandwith can be minimal

How about Paperspace? Included Licensed Windows 10, starts at 15/month. Add 5 $ and you get 500GB storage.
From this link (Page 7), they allow burst IOPS of up to 3000 for extended periods.

@ramesh_vish 4GB is for 25 dollars. There are cheaper options
@manishrsb: My bad, they have increased the prices. Just about a month ago (when I signed up), it was $15 for one month (4GB, 50GB SSD).
@vmhaus offers Windows License on their VPS. A 4GB VPS would cost you 14$/month. Though you should check with them on the IOPS limitations.
