Not receiving inbound e-mail?

I recently transferred all of my sites to a new server and ran into a strange problem. It appears that I am no longer receiving in-bound e-mail and can't seem to figure out why. I am using Google Apps and all of my sites are on a cPanel based server. My domain is: brandonchow.net.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Enable DKIM/SPF, check RDNS, etc

  • If you transferred your sites to a different host, then probably have to swap some records from your cPanel

RDNS is already set. Looking into the SPF records now.

  • Plus any test email you send that spits out an error will be helpful

  • check the ZONES of the domains, maybe there is some A records pointing to old server

and check that MX records are correct.

  • I've checked all the zone and MX entries and they appear to be fine. Here is the errors for a test e-mail I sent out:

Your Exim logs should point you in the right direction - cat /var/log/exim_mainlog would be a good place to start

  • If you're using Google Apps then your MX record is wrong.

I think this is the problem according to the logs. However, this is not how my MX entries are setup though...

I'm going to figure out how to edit the entries directly.

Edit: This is confirmed from entry in log:
