Purchased, did nothing special to the order page. Just order the Plesk package labeled 54USD/year, the order summery displayed updated price, which is 11.76 USD.
The internet bw is included, 1TB per month.
Its one-time discount.
alibabacloud have discounted pricing or sales around November. Not sure still valid until now.

got mine in time, the deal flashed away within 30mins
I don't trust them. Tried them in the past. As soon as I removed my PayPal agreement they locked my server and account and asked for ID to be sent.
They did the same to me, so I paid to transfer my domains away, and they've been written on my permanent shitlist.
