Not to distract from the topic of discussion - but on a related note - I just placed an order with them - agreed to the ToS, etc., but got nothing after that. I don't have a confirmation email or anything else that says the order went through. I'm not sure if I should just wait or create another order. I guess they already have my CC information and I would hate to have two orders placed. Their "Contact Us" form behaves the same way!
