Need a host with 2 or more IP's

Hey

I want a host with 2 or more IP Adresses
I don't want it to be in Germany

All other country's are ok

    What is your budget?, and now you've got me curious as to why you don't like German servers.

    Keep in mind that most of European countries (including Switzerland) do have governmental data retention acts. Germany at the moment does not.

    I'm planning to setup a Private Proxy

    And the reason i don't want a German server is because youtube has alot of music that Germany do not allow

    My budget is $6

    Most governments like mine (the UK), waste tonnes of money in saving all the data gone through their country via the net to catch terrorists and all that stuff. And to catch illegal content. The German government doesn't!

    You could just buy a VPS and get an additional IP?

    Be aware that most hosts are $2 - $3/m for an additional though.
