can i have 1TB BW with 12/y plan?
If you opted for the 10mbit (free with promo), then you would be able to use more than 1TB bandwidth per month on our $12 per year plan. However, if you want 100mbps speeds, then you'd need to upgrade to our ovzStandard plan for 1TB bandwidth.
Allow torrents?
We allow legal file-sharing of any kind on our servers. However, if we receive a DMCA takedown request or become aware that your VM is being used for piracy, then we'll have no choice by to take corrective action.
Whaat about Tor?
We do allow Tor relays, Tor entry nodes, Tor bridges, but not Tor exit nodes. As you may well know, hosting a Tor exit node presents a huge liability risk for both the hosting provider and the customer. I'm aware of a few high-profile instances where entire racks of servers were seized by the FBI because of Tor exit nodes. I believe there's even a member on this forum who is unfortunately the subject of a criminal investigation after child pornography was transferred through his Tor exit node.
