@Nekki This is pretty special for me. Good price point, tons of resources. :)

  • @ServerHand So I guess it is not ssd?

    You must mean: 30GB :-)

Oh wow, sorry! I can writes, I promise!

@dyu we have new nodes and depending on the hardware available at the time, we have had to go with what was available. Our KB has a rundown of all the hardware if you're really interested in that. :)

  • @ServerHand what does KB mean? (other than kilobyte)

Oh knowledgebase. The hosting newbee in me is showing.

  • +1 for ServerHand. I'm using their cheap KVM vps for my client's game server and it works like a charm!

I've tried, but seems no one was online. I have opened a ticket, please check it.
    Thank you very much!

  • Got one. Hopefully the perf is great (I'll try to post the bench results)

@abuse Sound was off on browser due to a phone call, we got it taken care of after I got the missed chat email. :)

@dyu I'd be interested in the results as well. Let's chat sometime.

The benchmark above measures raw perf of cpu (serialization) and memory (gc pressure)

Skipped the disk benchmark because it is not ssd.

    It is heavily throttled :-/

That's understandable. I'm actually working with Dustin C. and Adam from Quadranet to find a better solution. We started off with 1 Los Angeles server last week and grew to 3 by last Friday and in Dallas, we had 2 and grew to 3 this past weekend.

Growth is a hard thing to deal with and we do not have it down right yet, and I apologize. But I want an opportunity to fix things.

Hit me up on Live Chat on my site and I'll discuss with you these results.

Yea no worries. It is understandable as well. I'm just suprised seeing how a free micro vps from google would perform well enough at $0/month lifetime.

    Alright.
