Hostigation XMAS Special for Transfer

edited February 2012 in General

I have a Hostigation KVM XMAS special that I would like to transfer to a LEB member. I bought it on impulse, and I can't find a use for it to be honest. It is due again on 12/22/2012, and I am looking for $15.

Here are the specs:

KVM128
1 CPU Core
128mb Memory
5gb Disk
500gb Traffic
1 IPv4 & IPv6
$20 Yearly Order

Testfile Test IP: 206.253.165.1

After speaking with Tim, he said that it can be transferred to anyone as long as they have not been terminated for abuse in the past.

what os images are available? can custom ISO be loaded?

  • He has most of the major isos already, but he has not problem adding one. Just send Tim a link to the iso.

  • What a deal! These are $30/year on the Hostigation web site.

This looks like an LA address. I'm looking for a second Hostigation VPS in SC but Tim is currently out of stock. I'm interested if it can be moved to SC. Thanks!

i'll take it if no one interested. and if @miTgiB agree for accepting me as his client. :P

  • halah..... late again.... may be dclardy want to give me this offer? :))

  • @LongShot said: I'm interested if it can be moved to SC

No, but I will have new stock in Charlotte NC this weekend or early next week, putting the nodes together today.

  • Mon5t3r it's yours. You haven't been suspended have you? If not, send payment to me. I sent message to you for my paypal.

  • @miTgib: I will have new stock in Charlotte NC this weekend or early next week, putting the nodes together today.

Great! Thanks for the heads up.

  • @dclardy i don't have any services on Hostigation :D

    mentioning @miTgiB

  • @mitgib Do you have a date when will the LA be restocked?

  • @nvrtrust said: when will the LA be restocked?

When I buy another cabinet probably. I have room for 1, maybe 2 more nodes.

  • @miTgiB Any rough estimate on the date?

  • Also, where do you think would india have a better latency, is it SC or LA?

  • @nvrtrust said: Any rough estimate on the date?

    /me puts on Fran hat.

    Soon

@nvrtrust said: where do you think would india have a better latency, is it SC or LA?

    Traceroute and ping and see,
    LA 69.85.92.1
    NC 69.85.88.1

  • About the latency, no I am not from India but instead expecting visitors from India. Do you have any idea what location would be better?

  • @nvrtrust said: what location would be better?

No idea, maybe someone from India could say.

According to just-ping there isn't much of a difference between the latency. No idea if that is reflected in the majoirty of Indian ISPs.

  • Alright. The other person has never responded. If you want this, message me.

  • Payment sent :D

  • It should be transferred to you now.

Yes, and seller must open ticket specifying your account email to transfer to.
