hostsolutions.ro Storage VPS Disk I/O Performance.
It's something horrible.Their Storage VPS I/O is getting lower and lower, so it does not work normally.I tried to contact them, they suggest wait some days and make the test again.I waited a week, the situation did not get better, even worse.I ask to change the physical node.But they do not reply to my ticket now.

i will not comment any more in a forum about tiketing problems or quality , i will consider this thread a personal review . now ... we have response to your tiket until now and i am sure you will get a response to your replay . About quality/performance definitely is not our quality , ask others users from here if receive the same , you are in vel11 node and there we have at least 200 vps and no one is complain , more we have make some test during this "waiting period" and seems to be all normaly from our part. Any way you have ask in the tiket to change the node or refund , both possibility is accepted but you must to wait your ticket response from our part , definitely i will not play any more with replays here. Thanks for understand and using our ticketing support.
edit: forgott to mention ,if you dont wait our response and you push in the tiket this will be down to the list so the response instead of be rappid is delay because you are placed in the last positions. And this is valid for all users.
Cociu always responses and always he finds solutions to fix things. Am waiting for some black friday backup offers from hostsolutions.

Since the 16th, you have only reply ticket once on 21, this time , I mentioned that I will discuss this at LET. I reply to the ticket more than once.but each reply at least one day apart,the reason is that you do not reply ticket.On the 18, I mentioned that change the node, but there is absolutely no mention of this in your reply on 21.

The ticketing script @cociu uses doesn't care how long you've been waiting. Once you reply to your own ticket it will be placed to the bottom of the queue.
It is about the cheapest storage VPS on the market, did you honestly expect more?
With this sort of service, you can have 'cheap' , 'fast' , 'high capacity' you can only pick 2 of those not all 3.
IIRC this is supposed to be essentially a pure storage VPS, for storing stuff, I would think 20MB/s or close to should be enough.
What real-world impact is it causing you and what up/download speeds are you getting when sending or retrieving data more importantly?
when hi was complain in the first tiket the speed was 50m/s wich is 500mbps .... , but i am not here to blame him or denied his tiket . But somethimes i am surprised , so i have offered change the node or refound the remaning months

in the last 24 hours hi have replay 3 times so the tiket was go down to the list what i have tell him in my first comment. Also i have tell him this is a shared resources so can be more on less depend of usage of the others users wich is normal.

It takes a few minutes for any instruction to start(like dir, ls ,vi ...), Wget can not even be used normally.Even if it's a storage, it should work normal.I reported the problem to them.
The referee told me that their IO is 100M, so I submitted the TK to ask about it，staff suggested wait some days and make the test again,so I think, staff also thinks such IO is not normal,If staff thinks it is normal, they should tell me the first time.
