Don't take this the wrong way -- but this is not a support medium. I have live chat, TWO ticket systems (yes, two!) and even IRC if you wanted to. I had 4-5 chats going while you were unable to use a login portal for WHMCS.

Why don't you double #1 to 512MB? This is hardly a Black Friday deal.
