    You need to create a new account at OVH Asia / SG and login with that new account in order to place FREE order. They clearly mentioned that you need to use another email address if you already have account at OVH.

    Sounds like a good deal to see whether or not a consumer would like and want to continue having a VPS with OVH in Asia such as Singapore, and a good deal for OVH too as someone might start using their VPS and want to continue paying $5/month afterwards, and they have a new customer with a VPS in SGP.
