HETZNER: How to setup IPv6 on virtualizor?

I've recently bought a server from Hetzner and I'd like to setup IPv6 on it so all my VMs get an IPv6 address. Whenever I create a VM, the IP given by virtualizor just times out. Has anyone figured how to make it work? I've had an OVH server and IPv6 worked just fine.

have you enabled ipv6 on the host?
Test ipv6 from the host before you do it on the vm
Yes, the node has IPv6 enabled and pings.
can you ping the gateway from the vm?
ping: unknown host fe80::1
How did you configure the IP pool in Virtualizor?

try inserting the complete gateway address. You might also need to check "use routed network"
Not working either.
Tell me what you’ve done so far and we can go from there.
I have no idea how far you’ve come so far.
fe80 is link-local?
Gateway usually ends with fe80:1
Hm? Is this a Hetzner thing?
...
Well, my gateway is something:something:something:fe80:1
So it is a ”complete” ipv6. It doesn’t start with fe80
I had internal IPs on virtualizor enabled and it had the same gateway as Hetzner (fe::80) It seems fixed now.
