how to know if the selling price of ips is fine

I'm selling my ips out of necessity.
so my datacenter has made me a proposal:
2 x / 23
And 3 X / 24
For a price of $ 7000 in total.
Do you think the price is right? Is there a place where I can offer it that you know?

/23 = 512 IPs
/24 = 256 IPs
2512 + 3256 = 1792
$7000 / 1792 = Approx $3.91/IP
Well, there are 03 x / 24 that are in spamhause
although spamhause says that if a company with a good reputation obtains it, it will remove it from the blacklist.
Maybe that's why the price?
It can take some time to clean up with Spamhaus. Just be prepared to be aggravated.

Depends if they are just blacklisted it block listed. If just blacklisted, they can still be useful and yeah, $4/IP sounds about right. If they are clean, then I think it sound be at least double.
Which RIR? Are they transferable to Apnic?
