Looking for west coast server
Looking for server with good connection to Japan.
CPU: Dual L5639 or above, E5 v1/v2 is possible
Ram: 48GB-96GB
HDD: About 2x2TB. If BYOD option is available the better.
Location: West Coast
Bandwidth: 10TB @ 1Gbps and able to sustain bursts > 600mbps.
IP: /28 or /27
Have IPMI or free KVM on request
Budget is ~$50 for Dual L5639 with /28 or ~$100 for E5 with /27. And of course cheaper is better.
Going to run a dozen or two 2GB VPS, not going to send any email. I'm ok with spam blacklisted IP if that matters. Thanks.
Edit: Looked at perfect-ip but the port is only 250Mbps. Reprise Hosting only have 100Mbps.

You could run a dozen 2GB vps with us and be under your budget.
Let me know your IP in Japan, I'd like to check ping from our servers.
The server will be running Java-based software which tax the CPU heavily for several days a month. OpenVZ is not good enough, anything lower than L5520 will get time-drift.
Plus I need the port to be relatively uncongested, so really looking for a dedicated rather than a bunch of VPS.
I have other servers over in Dallas and Chicago but speed is not very good to Japan.
