I wonder why you specificly want SmartDC? You'll get more choice if you decide to broaden your criteria..
SmartDC is perfect for our connection very low latency from countries arround where we all from

The only point is to find the right server ( small vps )

I know you specificly want SmartDC/i3D, but I personally have really good experiences with LiteServer, which is based in Dronten (Serverius) and also offers a Groningen (Datahotel) and Amsterdam (Globalswitch I believe) location (on request) - correct me if I am wrong...
I know those datacenters to, not bad but i3D network is just that more stable for us

True but i did a trace and ping test i have +10more ms, it's due their transit they use .

cheapest 1GB RAM is 3€/m (including german VAT, might change or be deductable depending on your location) and it's KVM...

His latest offer here on LET is more than a year old, but he is still alive and my experience during the last two years was great so far. Probably not "as cheap as it can" but you can get decent i3D/SmartDC network from him. ;-)
