    https://www.clouvider.co.uk/legal/terms-and-conditions/

    1. Bandwidth

12.1 Unless expressly stated every Service has limited Bandwidth usage as outlined on the Order Form.

12.2 Clouvider measures the Customer’s Bandwidth usage.

12.3 Clouvider Bandwidth measurement is final.

12.4 Should the Customer exceed the Bandwidth included with the Product or Service Clouvider will charge the Customer £0.15 per GB unless expressly stated otherwise.

12.5 Clouvider shall not be responsible for alerting the Customer of exceeding or being close to Bandwidth limit. The Customer shall monitor the bandwidth usage using the Customer Portal or by using other (including third party) software.

Or we can sell a package for £35 per 10 TB. In reality no one has been charged for overage on metered bandwidth to date.

Nah, there’s no single Customer that was ever charged for overage on metered account to date. You clearly ignored what I said above, but I wasn’t expecting anything more of you anyway.

Clearly you have been reading this rules only selectively. “Unless Expressly stated otherwise” clearly applies to my post above.

I am pretty sure that @Clouvider would never just throw in thousands in your invoice for BW overusage, especially without warning you or offering you BW upgrades. After all, they are not Amazon.

@Clouvider verry interresting if you didn't charge for overdue. I'm not usualy use like 20 TB, but i doesn't love limits ;)

Did you have possibility to provide BGP session to london location ?

Also, did you have a looking glass with test file ?

    Thanked by 1Clouvider

Offering services without provider tag, but with a nulled WHMCS. Furthermore incapable to read the rules and to apply for a provider tag correctly.
