Small KVM VPS with NAT or Dedicated IPv4

I´m looking for a VPS with the following specs:

• 1 vCore
• 256MB RAM - 512MB RAM
• SSD Storage would be great, 5-10GB are enough
• NAT IPv4 or Dedicated IPv4
• IPv6 Support
• KVM
• Payment annualy
• Location France, Netherlands, US or Canada

Budget: max. 15$ p.y.
The provider should exist a few years and should have a good reputation.

A large provider with a professional appearance would be better, I don´t want another server which is offline in a few weeks.

Noticed that you changed to KVM only.
That limits your options a bit.

Its no SSD but raid10 in all location so disk usage shouldn't be an issue.

@AnthonySmith The miniKVMs are great but are the interfaces limited to 100Mbps? Would like to be able to burst to 250Mbps or more. The bandwidth limit is fine at 1tb. Also, the combined limit seems to be around 130Mbps when doing both upload and download simultaneously. Maybe higher plans can have more speeds?

Yep, they are limited.

If you want higher speeds, consider the commercial products.
