If you are totally focusing on website hosting then its too hard to earn from it as Website Hosting is a part of Hosting Business, You can't fully depend on it. You need to add further products of vps hosting , dedicated servers , resellers etc if you want to earn some thing.

    We are offering this package,

    $1.29 /Yr
    2 Website
    3GB SSD
    100GB Bandwidth
    CGI & Perl Script Support
    Free SSL (Let's Encrypt)
    SpamScan E-mail Protection
    Mailing List Support
    Custom Error Pages
    cPanel Support
    DDoS Protection (Included)

Now tell me what you think in $1.29 /yr what will we earn?

Careful. You're gonna turn people on with that kind of talk.

The way you worded the comment seemed like SPAM, especially adding an order link when it's irrelevant.

  • all depends on skills of the entrepreneur! :D

ask yourself, what skill do I have (or can acquire), and do that. Don't chase shiny objects.

Some hosting companies make good money while others barely scrape by. No business is easy. If it were, everyone would do it and then it wouldn't be so easy any more. Hosting is just like any other industry, filled with competition and success really boils down to how good you are at handling the work, and how hard youre willing to work to grow the biz.

  • -10$

  • The big ones make a lot of money as they have almost all the market in their hands and many people turn to them when they need something, their pricing is expensive & many customers are on bigger plans than they need. But there is need for a lot of support with those kind of customers & it's pretty hard to enter the competition in this league without a big budget (if you wanted to start your business).

Small ones make smaller profit; but can focus on more tech savvy customers hence spend less on support.

Well done, adding to that VPS and a good pricing / strategy, it might work pretty well, as you can see if you've been around LET/LEB for a while...

If you expected a serious answer then choose a 9-5 job, this industry will eat you up and spit you out.

  • ..and that's if you're decent at it.

Yeah, that‘s what I made per hour, back in the days when my ass was free of wrinkles. We called that „hosting“ too.

Just wait until 2012 when IPv6 becomes standardized! We can offer people their own set of stupid IPs for as many freakin' SSL certificates as they want!

How many drinks have you had tonight?

A whole 20oz bottle of Crystal Pepsi. They're not going to make it again until at least Decemberish, so I probably shouldn't- but I craved some sugar this afternoon.

    Just how pissed are you?
