A server is either a vps or a dedicated machine. Server means a computer that serving data and services. And can be a dedicated server, a virtual private server or a shared server. So, technically, @bersy has right when suggesting a vps when OP is asking for a server. But @IAlwaysBeCoding also has a point: usually, when we use just the term "server" we mean a whole node, not a vps. When we asking for a vps, we state that.

    Now, about OP's question:
There are some choices, but remember, 5$ is very low, so, if you want to be sure your backed up data will exist, you should buy at least 2 different cheap backup servers (or, better, 3 of them) in different locations and from different providers.
This way, you get a redundant infrastructure for peanuts and if one provider disappear or brake his service, you have the others and you can replace the broken one.

For a vps you could use:

For a dedicated server, I am afraid the only solution would be a Kimsufi, if you can find one...

Thank you, also as a side note you should perhaps state that @IAlwaysBeCoding can also be interpreted as @IAlwaysBeCorrect.

If you really interpret IAlwaysBeCoding as IAlwaysBeCorrect. You need a recode and change username to IAlwaysBeDebugging
