Providers, and devs - how fraud checking work

From what I have read, it seems anti fraud system will check client name phone location IP CC or PayPal account or anything data if it matches in database that created and contained these whom has been reported by other providers.

They have fraud screening module for WHMCS.

Isn't MaxMind screening built into WHMCS? I thought that you could enable it without any extra software/module.

well we don't use maxmind we use our own module screening system and our own manual methods to check and also don't use whmcs either but blesta so....

well we don't use maxmind we use our own module screening system and our own manual methods to check and also don't use whmcs either but blesta so....

Its easy to bypass checks, really easy... I never get stopped, 100% works for me.

Secrit, to do this? normally I sell for $$$ but let get free. I use this one simple thing, no vpn or proxy and use real info from bank letter as this will allways work, 100% or my money back!
