Hello, I just setup this system and I can make and receive calls. What I cannot get to work is to be able to forward calls to external numbers like my mobile. I'm being told I need to add a "diversion header" somewhere in the system. Does anyone know howto do this? :)

    You need a trunk that can handle at least 2 simultaneous calls. One for the inbound and one for the forward to cell phone.

    Install followme module if not already. On a local extension that you want to forward calls from add 1234561234# in followme and remove the extension number. The digits are your cell number and the "#" tells the system that it's external. Or leave the extension number in the followme and you get simulring.

    Another way is to set up a custom extension. To the system it looks internal but doesn't go anywhere. Then on that extension add the followme setting. Just route incoming calls to that extension.

  • This may also be done using a ring group, using one or multiple external numbers.
