Anyone else using OpenITC (they had offers here a few years back)?

My VPS performance has been poor for the last few months they have ignored unpaid bills for months and don't respond for tickets, even where I'm asking them how to give them my money.

Next stop deadpool? (I've already abandoned ship...)

    not using them anymore but too bad to hear . they were the first lowendbox i bought few years back . and were definitely a top notch company at that time.

    I've got tickets open with them for a service that hasn't been provisioned for a couple of months now. I guess they no longer give a crap.

    Those are generally signs that the owner has moved onto other ventures, but are likely still paying the server bill. Probably just no longer servicing any customer requests. Either way, I'd take that as a sign to move on.
