Looking for VPS in the US, East Coast preferred

Currently I have a pretty nice KVM VPS in Buffalo with 1GB RAM and 20GB SSD and 1TB/month for as little as 15$/year. But unfortunately, it does not offer native IPv6 and it's not expected to get it soon (yep, CC data center). I don't want to use a HE tunnel anymore to work around that. Hence I would like to replace it with a IPv6 capable server. I guess no one is willing to offer a IPv6 capable server with the same specs for the same price. I like to be surprised though. If not, here are my minimum requirements: (of course more is always welcome):

KVM/VMware/XEN/Hyper-V
1x CPU
384MB RAM
10GB disk on a redundant storage
1xIPv4
1xIPv6 /64
rDNS for IPv4 and IPv6
Bandwidth: 250GB/month. Similar VPS I have in other countries usually stay within a few GB/month. So expect this to be the same. The 250GB are only to be on the safe side, as I don't want to worry about traffic limits
Location: USA (East Coast like NYC is preferred due to lower latency to Europe)
Budget: 15$/year or less
Payment: Paypal or credit card
Nice to have: option to mount a custom Linux ISO for installation and repair the system if needed

Use case:
Squid proxy for personal use accessible over wireguard VPN to work around regional restrictions on some web sites, as well as to test websites from different locations.
In addition, I plan to use it as secondary SMTP server for my personal mail server. That means as long as my primary server is up, it won't handle any outgoing mails. But even if the primary should be down, don't expect more than 20 outgoing per day on average.

I'm looking forward to your offers.

  • We could offer something similar in Tampa, FL. It isn't near NYC but still on the east coast. What is acceptable latency for you?

@vapornode: Sounds good. Regarding latency, I don't have a particular number in mind. At this price range, I shouldn't be too picky. I guess even your Chicago location would be ok. I only wanted to avoid offers from for example Seattle.

It going to be hard to beat VirMach in the field of pricing you know ;) As for VaporNode, they used offer a couple of 512MB SSD/HDD KVM VMs (VPR-KVM C1 and VPR-KVM C2) in Florida for $15/yr, I'm not sure these offers are still valid though.
