NorthHosts.co.uk not returning hardware

Hello,

Does anybody know how I can directly get in contact with somebody at NorthHosts? They aren't responding to any ticket and end up getting auto closed, it's in regards to hardware they have not returned to me with a server I colocated with them a while back.

Just go knock on his door, his home address is well known.

if you don't feel that violence is the answer then just send him a letter, registered post, when you get no reply after 14 days go to money claim online and start the small claims court process.

Make sure you go after him personally though as a named director, it might take a while but you will at least get your money/hardware/costs back.

It wasn't the server, two SFP adapters that I now actually need.

If you mean SFP > RJ45 (GBIC) it's around 60€ to answer @hawc question.

Oh I know, but I don't plan to just let him get away with it completely free. There are a few others posts on here with him keeping hardware, hopefully this reaches the top of Google to warn others.
