Your connection has been gracefully closed [dedicated server]

I have noticed that a lot of people have this error, but I can't seem to find a solution for my specific issue.

I am using java-programs on my dedicated server. The server should be able to process atleast 50 of those programs at the same time. When I am running 6 of those programs the CPU is only at 10 % usage and memory at around 15%. When I add another program it disconnects from the server with the message: 'Your connection has been gracefully closed'. And when trying to log back in via TNCviewer: ' the target machine actively refused the connection'.

I had this same problem earlier when I was working on a VPS. I noticed that this mainly happened when I overused the server. I then had to kill the server via ssh and restart it.

I got my connection locally secured so I can only login with localhost:5901.

Would be great if someone can help me with a solution on this!
