  • First offer: Any Info on CPU? And is 48$/year once or "lifetime"?

  • Is there any specific reason why your e-mail system is broken and not sending out invoice/payment e-mails to your customers and you don't find this important? I have ticketed about this issue and you have ignored my ticket. Please handle this ASAP.

    Obviously you are still having issues and you still haven't responded to my ticket. I am curious if it will motivate you at all if I keep coming here daily and posting about your failure to follow-up on what some would consider an important issue.

    I am more than willing to put in the effort to come here daily if I need, so hopefully before this thread becomes too ugly you decide to start doing your job.

    Cheers!

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Feel free to post daily, is your VPS working fine?

    @VMBox

    Actually, I did more than that since I run my own e-mail server, and I guess I will try and help you do your job and we can do it in public since you don't want to respond to my ticket instead.

    I will assume the following from my logs is the reason I am not getting e-mail, but if this is the case it seems you are not aware of the standard RFC for sending e-mail to people:

    Aug 20 20:01:23 server postfix/smtpd[15302]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[198.143.173.xx]: 504 5.5.2 : Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname; from=<myvmbox@internal-fish> to=<> proto=ESMTP helo=

    Aug 27 20:02:22 server postfix/smtpd[21450]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[198.143.173.xx]: 504 5.5.2 : Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname; from=<myvmbox@internal-fish> to=<> proto=ESMTP helo=

    If this is indeed how you are sending e-mails then you need to look into fixing it, fast, as people who follow RFC are going to drop e-mails that look like this. Outside that I do not have any e-mails from your domain or sendgrid as you had been using for delivery previously. The last correspondence received was the receipt from 2checkout after I figured out my server was suspended and logged in and paid the bill.

    Hope you can get this figured out!

    Cheers!
