Only 4 cores just they are much faster than 2.5GHz

good luck with that considering usually it isn't worth it to the provider to allow windows on any server/vps/etc without them having a valid,legit key beforehand due to the spam,etc risks that make it not worth the risks.
Thanks for your reply, just to say that many providers allows self install without any problem, i know that it can be a spam but for many buyers it's a way to decrease budget.
