LSCPD is only available in binary format, its source code is the property of LiteSpeed and we don't intend to opensource it.

And LSCPD is not 100% the same as OpenLiteSpeed, they have differences.

We made a complete optimization for the user experience, using the react. The function has been further improved.

The language pack is not available yet.

  • 666 US dollars, help compile lscpd, support Python and PHP, monitor comm.sock to execute system commands. Is there anyone?

@cyberpersons been using cyberpanel for more than 2 months and i really like it,

    however i come across a bug(kind of)

i use zero-downtime-deployments, where every build is stored into releases folder and it symlinks latest one to latest folder, so in virtualhost, i set docRoot as $VH_ROOT/public_html/latest

and this is where problem starts, first time it works fine but then when we make a commit and new build is ready, it still points to old build only (i.e. it is hard linking to one release folder) so eventhough we have new code ready, still old code is being shown.

hope you can find a solution for this.

    thanks.

  • I upgrade to latest 19.2 And now. Admin panel not opening.

  • after upgrade the latest version, my remote backup not working. already change destination with path.

  • i am having issues with remote backup aswell

  • after upgrade email forwards do not work anymore ... I guess I will go back to no panel at all ...

Honestly thinking of same.... earlier i just spin up a vps and run a script which installs php, mysql etc for me.

however with cyberpanel, i can enjoy web terminal, multiple php versions, emails (which i rarely use)...... my biggest advantage seems to be multiple php versions.

but biggest concern is moving vps data from one cyberpanel installation to another,

earlier doing rsync is enough...now i am spending more time to transfer sites.

  • Is it possible to run CyberPanel on 512MB of RAM?

  • @s3wd0ugh I recommend 1GB, though it will install on 512MB of ram.

  • 2 questions:

    1. Does cyberpanel allows remote backup on aws or Google drive ?
    2. Is it possible to recreate the website from the backups if I change the server? So, use the remote backup to extract my websites?

Note: this is similar to plesk or cpanel. I install a new server and repopulate the website from remote backups. Hassle free.

    Thank you

Does cyberpanel allows remote backup on aws or Google drive ?

Yes, we recently introduced incremental backups, but they only support SFTP and AWS S3. (Google drive is not supported)

    More details -> https://cyberpanel.net/docs/2-create-restore-incremental-backups/

Is it possible to recreate the website from the backups if I change the server? So, use the remote backup to extract my websites?

Yes, you can create and download backup using this guide -> https://cyberpanel.net/docs/1-backup-restore/

You can then upload it to any CyberPanel server and restore it. We also have CyberPanel to CyberPanel transfer -> https://cyberpanel.net/docs/3-remote-transfer/

And cPanel importer as well -> https://cyberpanel.net/docs/auto-import-cpanel-sites-to-cyberpanel/

    Regards

  • when will cyberpanel have autologin for phpmyadmin?

    Thanked by 1cybertech
  • I think I remember CyberPanel was adding a feature to choose what to install like VestaCP does? Is that still a thing?

  • @mgilang

    I can look into it.

    @s3wd0ugh

I suppose it is there but not integrated into the front bash, will take care.

  • Is there any way to show real Visitor IP instead of CloudFlare IPs?

    1. Add Cloudflare IPs in Allowed List under Server Configuration > Security

    2. Set "Use Client IP in Header" to "Trusted IP only" under Server Configuration > General

    3. Restart litespeed server.

I did end up doing it this way. Followed a tutorial to open up the OpenLiteSpeed Web Panel and then just follow their instructions, but was there no way just through CyberPanel?
