What can we run on NAT VPS? I've never tried
Practically the same depending of your resources. The main difference is that you will have a couple ports assigned to the shared IPv4 and you have to attach your daemons to those ports instead of the default ones. For example, you will change the apache2 conf file to change the default httpd port from 80 to 21030.
Anything except a mail server or a nameserver, NAT stuff is no different to what you 'could' run on your home computer, chances are you are behind a router, the node just acts as a router, the only difference being is that you get only 21 ports assigned.
