DN42 BIRD Configuration

Hi,
Can someone tell me whats wrong with my configuration?. Bird is not starting with this configuration. My BGP session with vultr is working fine on a separate machine.

    Did you already ask in #dn42 as well? Friendly bunch when I was active in that chan.
    And yes, the error message would be helpful as well...

    None. The log file is also empty. When I revert to default config file its starting.

    I can't ping to neighbor also, may be that's why it's failing.
