If you saw any offer with this specs for this price from a reputative company please write down the link, as i have already browsed thru so many sites i am not sure which is scam and which is good.

And even cheaper ($3.89) with 35off discount code. The only thing I have no idea how reliable they are.

Why not just go with a OVH SSD VPS? 4GB RAM, 20GB SSD Disk, 1 core, 100Mbps unmetered, and all for only $6.99
Check our KVM plans https://www.hostfav.com/vps-kvm.php
We posted a 40% discount coupon https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/118528/hostfav-s-4th-of-july-offer#latest
doing the math re @hostfav -> 40% off $12.99 monthly yields discounted price of $7.80 for a 4 gb high-availability setup in Fremont (San Francisco Bay Area) ... I ended up going for the 8 GB offer and am more than happy with performance - hope it will keep going strong, seems pretty solid so far. Way too soon to do proper review but would recommend taking a look especially for people interested in low-latency connection in SF Bay Area.
Second ssdnodes. They have a 14 day "no-questions" asked refund policy (within limits ofcourse). You can try it out and see how things go.
